The situation.
Each organization has its own projects, contacts, deadlines, and audience. Contacts sat scattered across years of old email. Research, design, and planning all competed for the same hours.
The ask was one personal AI workspace that keeps each organization separate, writes in the client's voice, and handles research overnight so the mornings start with answers.
What we built.
A personal AI workspace
A workspace on their own computer with one area for each organization, plus a personal area. A master instruction file, a daily status page, a weekly log, and long-term memory keep the AI current on every project.
Seven specialist agents
Design turns ideas into flyers and collateral, rendered to print-ready PDF. Partner Research runs its research overnight. Contact Database turns years of old email into one clean list. Content & Campaign drafts content and campaigns in the client's voice. Training Prep builds slides and outlines for the sessions the client leads, with privacy walls around anything sensitive. Money builds a household budget from downloaded statements and stops to ask about any vendor it doesn't recognize. Day Planner lays out the day.
Skills + commands
Skills that write in their voice, draft email, and handle prep. Commands that find partners, build the contact database, build slides, and run a backup.
One-visit install + guides
We installed everything in one visit, along with a password manager and cloud backup. The guides cover starting up and closing down each day, backup, importing old AI chat history, and making new skills and agents.
The builder upgrade
If the AI can't do something yet, it never stops at "I can't." It gives the honest state of things, lays out the steps, and offers to build what's missing.
Accuracy checks
Checks catch unverified claims before they reach the client. A set of core rules loads in every session.
Twelve weeks of training
Twelve weekly sessions on real work, so the client runs the system and keeps adding to it.
