forME LAGREE: Brand, Website & Go-to-Market for Powell's First Lagree Studio
forME LAGREE is the first Lagree (Megaformer) boutique fitness studio in Powell, Ohio, opening Fall 2026. CBus AI Agents built the brand system, the website at formelagreepowell.com, the local SEO and AI-search foundation, and the full go-to-market and launch plan — then handed the whole system to the owner to run herself.

The situation.
A first-time studio owner had the vision, the method, and the space — a brand-new Lagree studio coming to Powell, the first of its kind in the market. What she needed was everything between the lease and opening day: a brand people would recognize, a website that ranked, and a plan to fill classes before the doors opened.
The goal wasn't a logo and a "coming soon" page. It was a complete launch system — brand, web presence, local search, and a go-to-market plan — built so the owner could run it herself once we handed it over.
What we built.
A full pre-launch foundation, designed around a single opening-day deadline and a brand that reads as premium boutique fitness — warm, clean, and unmistakably hers.
Brand identity
Logo, color system, typography, and voice — a luxe, feminine boutique identity built to stand out in a market that had never seen Lagree before.
Website + local SEO/GEO
A fast, mobile-first site at formelagreepowell.com with structured data, local keywords (Powell, Lagree, Megaformer), waitlist capture, and an AI-search foundation so the studio surfaces when people ask AI where to train.
Google Business + entity authority
Google Business Profile setup with an "opening soon" presence, plus a Wikidata entity record — the long-term signals AI models use to recognize a real, local business.
Content & social strategy
A multi-month content plan across four pillars — what Lagree is, the build, the owner's story, and the Powell community — with drafted captions, reels, and email sequences ready to run.
Go-to-market & launch plan
A phased plan from founders presale to soft open to grand opening — scarcity-based membership strategy, local press outreach, and an event plan to fill the room on day one.
The handoff.
The whole system was built to be operated by the owner, not by us. The site lives in her own repository and deploys when she pushes a change. The content plan, the email sequences, and the launch calendar are hers to run. We set the foundation and coached her to drive it.
That's the model: she opens Fall 2026 with a brand, a website, a search presence, and a plan she owns outright — no lock-in, no monthly platform she can't leave, no dependence on us to keep it running.
