A custom AI agent system built around the owner's goals, calendar, content, and daily work. Includes custom CLAUDE.md, Obsidian vault, agent roster, install README, and a Personal Dashboard build-kit (folder structure and instructions for the owner's agents to build their own founder dashboard at a domain they own). - Business AI Agent Build: $8,000 one-time + $800/month × 3 months of weekly 90-minute training with the owner and one key operator. Includes the full Personal AI Agent Build for the owner, plus a transferable agent system for one business with 1-2 custom core agents (proposal generator, pipeline standup, post-close follow-up — whichever moves the needle for that business), operator handoff package (README, install steps, voice rules, sample workflows). Each additional business under the same owner: $5,000. - Hardware Setup (add-on): $3,500. Combines with either build above. Available for Central Ohio engagements only — hardware is delivered and configured in person. Includes a new laptop selected to match the owner's OS preference (MacBook or Lenovo), an external SSD for backup and portable vault, password management, secure configuration, and full preinstall of CBus AI Agents tools — delivered ready to use. Designed for owners who want a sandboxed, higher-security device separate from their daily personal machine. - Additional Operator Add-on: $1,000 per second key operator added to the Business Build training. Capped at one add-on per business entity. Covers voice intake, template review pass, and install handoff for that operator. Not marked up for remote engagements. - Remote Engagement Premium: +20% on build fees for clients outside Central Ohio. Applies to the $4,000 Personal, $8,000 Business, and $5,000 per-additional-business fees. Does NOT apply to monthly training, the per-operator add-on, or hardware (hardware is not offered remote). Reflects the extra coordination work — multi-operator voice review, async install support, and the higher number of touchpoints required to do it well at distance. - 3-month training begins at delivery (hardware handover OR software zip transfer), not at signing. - After the 3 months: no auto-renewals. Last training session is an exit interview. Owner can run independently (full ownership, no platform lock-in) or scope a new agreement based on what they actually need next. - [Full pricing details](https://cbusaiagents.com/pricing) ## Services - [Business Coaching & Strategy](https://cbusaiagents.com/services#coaching): Growth planning, operational systems, and straight-talk business coaching woven into the weekly training cadence on every build - [AI Implementation](https://cbusaiagents.com/services#ai): Plain-English AI tool setup, custom CLAUDE.md, Obsidian vault, and agent team configured for your business — no technical background required - [Custom AI Assistants](https://cbusaiagents.com/services#agents): Transferable AI agent systems built for one business — operator-ready, full handoff package, no platform lock-in ## About - [About Jeff Binek](https://cbusaiagents.com/about): Army veteran, serial entrepreneur (16 years running Friendship Fitness), AI business strategist - [Contact & FAQ](https://cbusaiagents.com/contact): Free 30-minute strategy call, service inquiry form, and frequently asked questions - [Frequently Asked Questions](https://cbusaiagents.com/faq): Comprehensive FAQ covering pricing, setup, timelines, industries, and how AI agents work - [Privacy Policy](https://cbusaiagents.com/privacy): How we handle your data ## Projects - [Hanlin Rainaldi Construction](https://cbusaiagents.com/projects/hanlin-rainaldi-construction): Automated lead pipeline, a four-agent AI team, and a GEO/SEO strategy for a commercial general contractor in Columbus, Ohio - [SimpliMind Organizing](https://cbusaiagents.com/projects/simplimind-organizing): Full brand build, Astro website, Zapier-powered lead pipeline, and 30-day content calendar for a home organizing startup in Dublin, Ohio - [Crown Town Landscapes](https://cbusaiagents.com/projects/crown-town-landscapes): A three-agent system (proposals, work orders, stuck-deal reporting) for an eco-focused landscaping company in Charlotte, North Carolina - [PLANIT Studios](https://cbusaiagents.com/projects/planit-studios): Proposal-generation automation for an architectural and environmental graphic design firm in Worthington, Ohio - [LendScout](https://cbusaiagents.com/projects/lendscout): A custom AI agent system for a mortgage-lending operation - [ForMe Lagree](https://cbusaiagents.com/projects/forme-lagree): Brand, website, and pre-sale launch system for the first Lagree fitness studio in Powell, Ohio ## Newsletter & Podcast - [Blog](https://cbusaiagents.com/blog): Every CBus AI Agents article, with links to the full posts on Substack - [CBus AI Agents Newsletter](https://newsletter.cbusaiagents.com): Weekly articles on AI for small business owners - [Central Ohio AI Podcast](https://newsletter.cbusaiagents.com/podcast): Weekly podcast on AI adoption for Columbus-area entrepreneurs - [Episode 1: Why I Build AI for Local Small Businesses](https://youtu.be/uZAmTD6yPPE): First episode covering Jeff's journey from gym owner to AI consultant ## Service Areas Columbus, Dublin, Powell, Worthington, Westerville, and Central Ohio - [AI Consultant Columbus Ohio Guide](https://cbusaiagents.com/ai-consultant-columbus-ohio): Complete 2026 guide on what an AI consultant in Columbus does, what it costs, how to choose one, and real examples from Central Ohio small businesses
